E-waste Division Profile
E-scrap Services

Enviroserve endeavors to preserve the environment by offering e-scrap solutions that enable us to collect and dispose of end-of-life electric and electronic equipment in a responsible manner. Our processes strictly adhere to local regulations as well as international standards established by the United Nations Environment Programme, and the WEEE (Directive 2002/95/EC). Our work falls under Directive 2002/96/EC, which is promoting the collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. The factories we work with all fall under these guidelines. Their processes are ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accredited and have been audited and approved by many internationally recognized companies. They offer compliant solutions to the WEEE Directive and other such international legislation.
We have a network of established charities we work with and give proceeds to.
What we can do for you
We offer you a hassle-free long-term solution in the form of a MoU/Service Agreement, whereby we promise collections on an on-call basis. The full collection process is arranged once, and the rest falls into place like clockwork.
For companies based In the UAE
All you have to do is call us and we will send an Enviroserve truck within three working days. If the e-scrap you generate is of large volume (above 2 tons), we offer further collection options that involve our logistics partner Aramex.
For e-scrap collection outside the UAE
Our logistics partners help co-ordinate a collection from anywhere in the Middle East. Any further details are determined on an individual scenario basis.
What happens next

Enviroserve’s processes are transparent to all its partners. We make a record of every item received. Once the items are consigned to us, we offer you two options:
- We can start the process of segregation and destruction and send all equipment overseas to accredited refineries for smelting and raw materials extraction
- We can sort it and hand it over for re-use whereby part of the proceeds will be given to charity
Within two weeks upon receiving the e-scrap, we send you a record sheet called Enviroserve’s Green Certificate.
It is up to your organisation to decide whether you want it destroyed, donated or handed over for re-use.
It is our promise to you that we do not recharge batteries and do not refill cartridges.
Fees
Transportation, handling and recycling fees apply on a case by case basis depending on option of e-scrap management (re-use vs. smelting), quantity, and type of equipment.
