Data Removal
Technique
Enviroserve provides consultancy on data removal. We use certified and worldwide accredited software which ensures 100% data erasure on IT assets (servers, HDDs, PCs, etc.) From our long experience with financial institutions, we do not recommend degaussing or onsite crushing.
Process
- HDD verification: record of HDD data such as model, make, serial nr
- Recycling of all destroyed HDDs
- Certification: a stamped and signed Green Certificate confirming proper destruction
Recycling
After data removal, all destroyed media is processed and recycled according to Basel Convention
