Do you re-sell the mobile or products we send for recycling?

Depends on our arrangement with the donating party. The best form of recycling is re-use but that has its specific guidelines as well. Items can either be re-conditioned and donated-re-sold, or sent to a refinery directly. We are a recycler and facilitate the complete destruction and dispatch of the dismantled product in its plastic, metal, glass, paper or electronic components.

Should I worry about data stored on my mobile or electronic item?

No. We do complete data removal before donating-re-selling equipment. If equipment is sent to a refinery, the products are disassembled thus becoming in-operable, and the electronic parts containing the data are smelted directly at the facility.

What happens to the e-waste I hand to Enviroserve?

It is segregated into the many differing components and shipped to refineries. The parts are then crushed, melted and treated into raw materials for re-use.
