The Process

For your mobile phones

1. Drop into any of the 500 easily accessible locations listed on this website and speak to the welcoming officer, CS agent or receptionist for the location of the box.
2. Complete the envelope details of just your name and mobile number
3. Take and retain your tearoff strip and drop your EnviroFone envelope with phone, into the box

For electronic waste in volume

4. Business Partner (BP) or Local Customer submit collection request to EnviroServe to collect e-waste for UAE Collections.
5. For regional collections, EnviroServe is partnered with DHL on a local tool free number
6. DHL provide cost effective rates using Economy Select Service
7. EnviroServe take ownership of the waste on collection
8. Product is received to EnviroServe direct or through DHL ELC (duties avoided)
9. Product is documented by IMEI, Serial or other identification and weighed
10. These identification numbers etc are provided to Owner
11. EnviroFone segregates (separates) all waste into Green or Amber
12. Green is treated locally at EnviroServe approved premises. This includes glass, plastic, metal and paper
13. Amber is exported under a notification licence. This includes circuitry
14. Client receives a credit on the charges for recovery and segregation
15. An Assay (or “Green Report”) Certificate is made available to Customer within an agreed timeframe. These details and confirms items have been recycled
